A while back, Hannes posted on Libya’s chairmanship of the African Union. It so being that Mouammar el-Qadhafi is the world’s second-most effective proponent of African unity, how will his ideological eccentrities affect the AU? And what is in store for Libya itself? Tricky questions, and we only managed some inconclusive debate in comments.
